- Clark, Floyd and Harrison medians are higher than a year ago: Clark up 3.1%, Floyd up 10.7% and Harrison up 22.4%.
- Scott, Washington and Crawford medians are lower than a year ago.
- Homes are taking a median of about 45 to 69 days to sell, depending on the county.
- Smaller counties can swing a lot. Harrison had 35 sales in September and Crawford had 7, so a handful of sales can move the median.
- Every home is different. These are county-wide medians, so ask me for a price review on your street.
