What you want, where, and your timeline. In Indiana we'll also sign a buyer agreement before touring, and I'll explain it clearly.
2. Get pre-approved
A pre-approval tells you your budget and makes your offer stronger. I can connect you with one of my trusted local lenders.
3. Tour and offer
We see homes together, and I help you write an offer that fits the home and the market.
4. Inspection
I help you understand the report and decide what to ask for.
5. Closing
I keep everyone on track and send you a checklist so closing day is easy.
6. After the keys
I'll remind you about Indiana's homestead deduction and stay in touch.
